I found a couple of very good cello instruction/Information sites that I would like to share:

The Cello Companion

The link above will take you to 3rd position information, but use the menu bar and you will find all kinds of information.

 

Cello Online

The link will take you to the fingerboard chart. Again, the menu bar will get you more information. The information is not just for cello. Check out the Cello Bow Strokes. It describes the different bowings and what they mean.
