I noticed you don't have a fingering game as in fiddlerman.  I thought it would be a good thing thing here but go it one better.  Most computers today have buily in microphones.  Instead of using a mouse on a picture of a fingerboard use the microphone to listen to the note and find out if it is correct. The different levels could use tighter constraints for intonation. Posibly link it with Seventh String Tuner. Just a thought.
