Hello, im having a issue with my viola, 4 months ago i changed the strings from the stock chineese to a set of D'addario Zyex but... like a month ago the C String and the G String turned from metalic grey to black... any idea why this happened? I hear them right but i dont know why this happened...

Oxidation from the sweat of your fingers. Just use 0000 steel wool and wipe them down. They will return to their original color. :)
