I know, sure he was outside, in different locations, but I think he was playing it and they substituted a tracking over it, perfectly. I don't know how it could have been seamlessly recorded, otherwise.

Nice ! Yes, substituted a recording over it (at times there are even two viola tracks), else we'd hear some sort of wind or background noise. Still, the result is great. Thanks for sharing !
