Hi guys, my name is Son of a Cheese. From my name you probably guess that I am HeadCheese's son. I have been playing viola for about a year and a half and this is my first symphonic orchestra concert.[Image Can Not Be Found][Image Can Not Be Found]

Thanks for posting "Son of a Cheese". What is the name of that piece?[Image Can Not Be Found] The video recording came out great too. Keith found a perfect angle to film you at. It's cool to see you concentrating so hard on the performance. Were you at all nervous? First performance is something that you'll probably never forget.

The name of that piece is Russian Music Box. Not as nervous as on my very first concert as a beginner.

Ah, but in this case, my son was the first to take up viola. I suppose you could say that I'm following in HIS footsteps, instead...

I'm not sure where you got the idea that he doesn't use tapes on his viola, Mustang. His are a metallic silver. In all fairness, he really needed them, since he got a larger viola just 2 days before this concert and was still trying to find where to put his fingers for the new interval spacing.
