Switching strings at the frog or the tip? If it happens at the tip you may just be experiencing too much arm tension and if it happens at the frog you may want to try using the edge of the bow hair as you change. Gives a sort of shock absorber. Also, use the minimum angle possible. Practice just going back and forth at that part of the bow between strings to gain the right technique.
